The Steering Committee of the Defence Housing Authority on Monday reviewed the progress on the ongoing development works at the DHA, especially in Phase-VIII.
The meeting, chaired by DHA Administrator Brigadier Zubair Ahmed, was attended by the directors, members, consultants and architects. The session was updated about the Phase-VIII graveyard, construction of kiosks and uplifting of Defence Central Library.
Chief Engineer Brig (Retd) Saiyid Hasan Raza Hussain apprised the participants about the progress on the ongoing development works.
The administrator expressed his satisfaction over pace of the ongoing projects and gave approval to various proposals presented by the consultants and architects on various projects, especially Sea view kiosks, DA Beach View Club, uplifting of Defence Central Library and the head office.
Addressing the members, the Brig Zubair emphasized the speedy follow up of actions and decisions and effective utilisation of efforts and resources for early completion of the development projects.
