NAB’s team grills Punjab CM’s son-in-law
LAHORE: Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s son-in-law Imran Ali Yousaf appeared before the investigation team of the NAB Tuesday and faced its questions for more than two hours.
The Bureau is likely to again summon Imran in coming days. The Bureau has accused Imran Yousaf of receiving millions of rupees from the former chief executive officer of the PPDC. Earlier in a notice to Imran, the NAB had stated that the inquiry against Ikram Naveed, former CEO of PPDC, had revealed that you are in possession of evidence which relates to the commission of the offences. “You are also required to record your statement regarding amounts transferred by Ikram Naveed to you”. The NAB is probing transferring of millions of rupees from the PPDC’s account to Imran Yousaf’s bank account.
