Free eye screening camp held

LAKKI MARWAT: A three-day free eye screening camp ended here in the Darra Pezu town of Lakki Marwat district on Thursday. The management of Lucky Cement limited had organized the camp with support of Al-Shifa trust under its community welfare initiative to provide local residents and those from adjacent areas with eye related healthcare facilities.
The Abdul Razzaq Tabbawelfare dispensary in-charge Dr Zulfiqar said that a total of 1,563 patients from Lakki Marwat, DI Khan and Tank districts mostly women, children and elderly citizens were examined by doctors during the three-day camp. He said that the patients were provided treatment for common eye conditions.
