Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been attacked by the TTP several times over the last many years. The only solution to this problem is to attend to the source, which is the ability of the TTP to cross over from Afghanistan. Therefore, until and unless Afghanistan is taken on board we shall be chasing shadows in the dark.
Such operations must have the consensus of all the political parties, especially the PTI given that it is in power in KP. Results of previous operations launched are before us. They do provide quick results but only for the problem to re-emerge.
