Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to develop wildlife safari park in the federal capital.
A decision in this regard was taken at a meeting with the CDA chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa and also attended senior officials of the authority. The safari park would be development on ‘Jungle Theme’ having tree houses with arrangement to watch wild animals from nearby distances, animals’ rehabilitation centre.
The meeting also formed a technical team which would prepare a feasibility report regarding the mega project. The CDA chairman also directed to benefit from international projects of safari parks so that a state-of-the-art safari park could be developed.
The meeting also decided to launch ‘Pakistan Street’ having food outlets of international brands. It was decided that work on both projects would start during the upcoming financial year after detailed technical working.
