Internet SOS

On June 11, at around 1500 hours, the underground internet cable was cut by some contractor doing roadworks, disconnecting internet and phone services at my house. The service remained unavailable and I had a friend register a complaint via SMS. That day onwards, the friend receives a phone call every day confirming that the phone line is fixed and if they can close the complaint.

However, the phone has not been fixed. This makes me really question those who authorize such mindless harassment. My phone and internet have been disconnected for more than 72 hours now.
