Very hot weather as mercury touches 44°C

LAHORE:Hot weather continued to persist in the City here Thursday as mercury rose to 44°C, while Met office warned that very hot weather was likely to prevail over most plain areas and day temperatures were likely to remain 02°C to 04°C above normal.
