ISLAMABAD: The federal government has appointed Syed Zafar Ali Shahd as Federal Secretary, Maritime Affairs Division.
Zafar Shah, who is a BS-22 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), was an OSD in the Establishment Division. Federal Secretary Ministry of Kashmir Affairs, Jawad Rafique Malik, who is also a BS-22 officer of PAS, has been made an OSD.
Secretary National Food Security, Dr. Fakhar Alam Irfan, has been given additional charge of Ministry of Industries and Production. Secretary Industries and Production, Waseem Ajmal Chaudhry, who is a BS-21 officer of PAS, has been transferred and posted as Secretary Ministry of Kashmir Affairs.
