Planting more trees can reduce the effects of air pollution because they absorb carbon dioxide, provide clean air, and mitigate climate change. Trees cool the city, shading our homes, streets, and releasing water vapor into the air through their leaves.
According to research, an adult tree can store 13 pounds of carbon or change 48 pounds into oxygen all in one year. We should plant more trees for a better environment.
