Muggers kill man

A man was shot dead in what appeared to be resistance to a mugging attempt in the Gulistan-e-Jauhar area on Thursday. Police and rescuers transported the casualty to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for an autopsy.

The preliminary investigations suggested the man died resisting a mugging attempt. The police are seeking CCTV footage as part of an ongoing investigation.
