With Valentine’s Day just round the corner, everyone’s already got their minds wrapped around what to present to their partners, but this year surprise him with your home-made dessert  ‘Chocolate obsession’ which will sure win his heart. The best part is, it doesn’t have a lot of ingredients and turns out absolutely divine. Go ahead and try out this chocolaty delight. Happy Valentine’s Day!

Chocolate obsession

Ingredients

Cream 1/4 cup

Butter 8 oz

Sugar  1 cup

Bittersweet chocolate          8 oz

Cocoa powder          1/3 cup

Eggs   6

Method

• Preheat oven to 180C/300° F.
• Combine the cream, butter, sugar, chocolate and cocoa powder in a bowl.
• Place over a pan of simmering water and whisk all together.
• In a separate bowl whip eggs to a thick and pale yellow state.
• Now mix the chocolate mixture into eggs.
• Pour into a buttered and floured 8-inch cake pan. Place in a water bath and bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
