Weddings can be really stressful. There are a lot of expectations for this one day to be perfect and have every detail impeccably executed. Also, Pakistani weddings exude grandeur with back-to-back events, endless planning and a lot to be done beforehand. Whether it is the bridal wear, the venue or the food, meticulous planning is done to make sure you manage everything easily. But, no matter how much you do ahead of time, there is always a last minute errand or slip-up that one needs to attend to. Which brings us back to: weddings are really stressful. Though, it would make things easier if we had all of that under one roof.

Pakistan Wedding Show, one of the largest wedding expo ever held in Pakistan is set to return with its groundbreaking second edition, it is now expanding to four cities with over 70 exhibitors in each city.

Launched in 2017, for its first edition, the show was a massive affair with over 60,000 people in attendance and more than 70 exhibitors. Also, prizes worth PKR 5,500,000 were given out to numerous winners from lucky draws and competitions. The milestone event had the fashion industry pioneers exhibiting, including HSY, Depilex, Papermint Events, Whimsical Events, Interwood, Chen One, Zara Shahjahan, Republic Womenswear, ECS, and many more!

This expo brings together both shoppers and providers of wedding services such as planning, arrangement and execution businesses to offer a convenient and accessible one-stop shop solution for all brides-to-be, their families and wedding parties. It is the ideal platform for exhibitors to meet with visitors and wedding shoppers to build awareness and recognition for their brand. It also gives shoppers a chance to explore and select from a diverse range of vendors to plan their perfect wedding in one go. Furthermore, the event provides an industry-leading line-up of show features and entertainment guaranteed to enhance the visitor experience.

Committed to delivering premium quality, updated and regionally pertinent wedding trends and solutions, exhibitors presenting at the event include fashion, jewellery and accessory designers, home furniture, salons, event planners, hotels and wedding halls, caterers, photographers and videographers, DJs and so much more. This year, the show will be hosted across Punjab, not only with numerous booths but also dedicated arenas for custom activities, fashion showcases and more, crafting an entire interactive wedding planning experience.

Speaking about the event, actor Fawad Khan, who is also the patron for the event expressed his views, “We know every wedding is different and every wedding venue is different and that is why we felt showcasing Pakistan Wedding Show is key. We want to show people what goes into planning a uniquely beautiful and ethereal wedding, and provide them with a one-stop shop for all their needs.”

Also speaking on this initiative, Kamran Lashari, Director General of Walled City Lahore Authority, Chairman of Gymkhana Club, said, “This show brings the city of culture a chance to interact with representatives of the fashion and bridal industry. It gives me immense pleasure to introduce an association that plans to create strategic partnerships and take our industry forward.”
