Recipe: Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

Cream (room temperature) 200ml

Semi sweetened dark chocolate (chopped) 80g

Milk 1 cup

Cinnamon powder ½ tsp

Ice cubes

Cream (chilled) ½ cup

Chocolate shavings

DIRECTIONS

* In a saucepan, add cream, dark chocolate, milk, cinnamon powder, mix well and cook on low flame until chocolate melts and set aside.

*In a large bowl, add ice cubes and place another bowl in it.

* Add cream, beat until soft peaks form and set aside.

* In serving cup, add hot chocolate, whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings and serve!
