Welcoming Spring…

spring is many people’s favourite time of year, and it’s not hard to figure out why. It’s the time of year when nature starts to shake off the holds of winter. Trees, bushes and flowers all start to bud and end the spell of winter. Spring officially begins on March 19, ushering in a season of temperate weather, extra hours of daylight, and flowers in bloom. What’s more, it’s a great time to start getting out and about.

Keeping that in mind, a colourful Spring Fever Festival was recently held at Habitt City, Karachi, – welcoming this cheerful season. The event was orchestrated by Fatima Sheraz, CEO of SMK, alongside Marketing Head Mr Salman Sheikh.

At the gala, one could find an array of stalls from clothes to jewellery and from organic products to delectable cuisines - transforming the venue into a hub of excitement and creativity. A large number of people including women and children were treated to different activities, making it a day filled with joy and entertainment. From free mehendi applications to live music performances, interactive games and opportunities for mingling, the festival offered something for everyone. The atmosphere buzzed with energy as the guests were enthralled to indulge in fun-filled festivities.

Welcoming Spring…

One of the highlights of the festival was the presence of esteemed guests and culinary experts, including Chef Jalal, Chef Irfan Wasti, Sumaiya Shahadat, Chef Hadi Farooqui, Naheed Ansari, Sam’s Cake Factory, and Chef Aisha. Their participation added a touch of culinary excellence and gastronomic delight to the event.

Gracing the occasion as collaborative partners were Joyful Journeys, whose invaluable support contributed to the success of the festival. Additionally, Chef Circle of Pakistan stood as a steadfast supporting partner, reinforcing the festival’s commitment to promoting culinary diversity and excellence.

The Spring Fever Festival proved to be a memorable affair, captivating attendees with its vibrant ambiance, diverse offerings, and the spirit of friendship. As the sun set on Habitt City, it left behind memories of a day filled with laughter, creativity, and celebration.
