Titled Andhera Ujala 2, the series will follow various tracks in a series of episodes. One of them features Hamza Firdous, who is currently starring as the male lead in Seerat.

“I will be essaying a key role in one of the tracks that highlights a very important issue,” Hamza told Instep in an exclusive conversation. “Danish Taimoor will play the part essayed by Qavi Khan in the first installment while the series also features Irfan Motiwala and Ayaz Samoo.”

Hamza also informed that Irfan Khoosat and Qavi Khan will also be a part of Andhera Ujala 2. Directed by Aamir Yousaf, the upcoming sequel will center upon present day issues, so as to stay relevant to today’s viewers.
