After a hiatus of more than four years, Mohib Mirza made a comeback to the small screen with drama serial Deedan alongside Sanam Saeed, which is currently on air.
The actor’s last film was Shaan Shahid’s 2017 production, Arth - The Destination in which he essayed the character of a filmmaker who cheats on his wife and falls in love with an actress.
As the actor gears up for his upcoming play Dushman that will go on air in the coming months, grapevine has it that Mohib Mirza is all set to don the director’s hat for an upcoming film that is said to feature the actor himself and Sara Loren.
Recent reports also suggest that actor Ali Kazmi, who will be appearing in Saqib Malik’s Baaji and Kamal Khan’s Laal Kabootar later this, has signed up for the project. Moreover, news has also surfaced that designer Hassan Sheheryar Yasin (HSY) has been roped in for the upcoming film. The film will supposedly feature Sanam Saeed, Shamoon Abbasi and Nayyar Ejaz as well.
In a bid to know more, Instep got in touch with Mohib Mirza to confirm the news. However, he refused to reveal any details about his film and said, “I will be revealing the details soon.”
