Two new polio cases reported in KP, FATA
PESHAWAR: Two new polio cases have been confirmed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and FATA.
According to Health Ministry officials, the polio virus was discovered in a child in the Nowshera district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The second case was reported in South Waziristan. Both cases have the P1 virus which can be transmitted from one child to the next.
