Indian actor Sanjay Dutt got his first dose of coronavirus vaccine on Tuesday.
The 61-year-old B-town celeb became the latest actor to get vaccinated against the novel virus.
Taking to Twitter, Dutt posted a photo himself smiling while taking the vaccine shot at the BKC jumbo vaccination center in Mumbai.
"Received my first shot of the COVID-19 vaccine today at the BKC vaccine centre. I want to congratulate Dr Dhere and his entire team for doing such a wonderful job! I have so much love & respect for them and their hard work. Jai Hind!" he wrote.
Earlier, actors including Hema Malini, Anupam Kher, Johnny Lever, Saif Ali Khan, Kamal Haasan, and Satish Shah received their respective vaccination shots.
Meanwhile, Dutt was previously receiving treatment at a private hospital in Mumbai after getting diagnosed with lung cancer.
