KARACHI: World leaders on Friday expressed grief over the demise of Saudi monarch King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz.
In a twitter message, Afghan President Ashraf Ghani expressed condolences to the family of Saudi King Abdullah and termed it a grievous day for them.
Malaysian Prime Minister Mohammad Najib Tun Razak in a tweet also offered condolences to the Saudi Royal family and the people of kingdom
The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also expressed grievance over the “sad demise” of Saudi King and said in a tweet that the world has lost an important voice who left a lasting impact on his country.
US Secretary of State, Senator John Kerry termed late King Abdullah as “the man of wisdom and vision”, saying the Middle East and the world have lost a revered leader.
