From SRK to Kareena: Stars glam up HT India’s most stylish awards 2019

MUMBAI: The glitzy Hindustan Times India’ Most Stylish 2019 awards held in Mumbai on last night. Bollywood stars such as Shah Rukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Ranveer Singh, Ayushmann Khurana, Twinkle Khanna and Akshay Kumar won big at the night.

The ‘Padmaavat’ actor Ranveer Singh won the HT India’s Most Stylish Male Readers Choice award. The award was presented by the former Indian cricketer Kapil Dev. Excited to play the cricketer in his upcoming movie '83' Ranveer said that he feels amazing to receive this award from the legend Kapil Dev. 

“I am hoping to make him proud,” the actor added.

The star-studded night had the most stylish couple of Bollywood award winner Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan. Sharing the stage together Gauri Khan revealed some hilarious secrets about King Khan. 

“Every time we are stepping out, I am ready in 20 minutes but he takes 2-3 hours. Tonight, I put a lot of effort and took 3 hours while he took 6,” she said.

Kareena Kapoor Khan bagged HT India’s Most Stylish Female jury’s choice award. She accepted the award on behalf of her son Taimur, the most stylish man alive, she said.

Actor Vicky Kaushal and Radhika Apte hosted the show.

 “This is our first time as hosts, and we are really looking forward to it, so, yeah, fingers crossed," Vicky said at the event.

Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar, Anushka Sharma, Sonakshi Sinha and Ayushmann Khurana rocked the black carpet night with stunning looks.
