Srinagar: An Indian soldier turned his gun on fellow troopers killing at least three of them in Occupied Kashmir's Udhampur district, Kashmir Media Service reported on Thursday.
A soldier of Indian Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Ajit Kumar, opened fired on his colleagues killing three of them at the 187 battalion unit in Battal Ballian area of the district, a the KSM quoted a senior police official as having told the media.
The slain were identified as Head Constables Pokermal, Yogendra Sharma and Umed Singh.
The shooter shot himself and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
