One of Hollywood’s most revered films, Forrest Gump is getting a remake over at this side of the planet and according to hearsay, Aamir Khan will be donning the lead role of Forrest Gump.
A report by Pinkvilla revealed that the Bollywood megastar purchased the rights of the iconic cinematic masterpiece helmed by Robert Zemeckis and might be stepping into the role of the protagonist which was essayed by Tom Hanks in its Hollywood counterpart.
It was revealed further that the Thugs of Hindostan star has even set aside his projects Mahabharata and Mogul for the remake and has approached Secret Superstar director Advait Chandan to jump on-board the project.
