The city of Las Vegas has a cheesy aroma hovering over it this week, as the International Pizza Expo has made a return.
Taking up the Las Vegas Convention Center’s enormous South Hall, the biggest pizza show took place for the 34th year where over 12,000 participants from all across the globe were present, with numerous ingredients, kitchen gadgetry, and all there is to do with the traditional Italian dish would be featured in the convention.
The trade show for businesses provides a platform for not only owners and managers of independent pizza franchises but also buyers to interact with the manufacturers and service providers of the industry.
The 1,500 booths present at the expo were offering samples of doughs, sauces, cheeses and toppings of all kinds, which would make the event sell out swiftly if it were open to public.
