Trump ranked last, Lincoln tops list of presidential 'greatness' survey
The 16th US president Abraham Lincoln tops the list of greatest US President; whereas President Donald Trump scored a position right at the bottom, according to presidential survey.
Right before President’s Day, a survey released polled current and recent members of the Presidents and Executive Politics Section of the American Political Science Association, asking them to rank each president.
In a 0-100 scale for “overall greatness,” current US President Donald Trump on his first ever appearance on the list, was stooped down to the very bottom scoring the 40th position with only four below him.
The list was headed by Abraham Lincoln, with Barak Obama, George W. Bush and Ronald Reagan elevating since their previous rankings released in 2014; whereas Bill Clinton fell from number eight to number 14.
The survey was published and authored by University of Houston’s professor Brandon Rottinghaus and Bois State University professor Justin S. Vaughn.
