First trailer of ‘Game of Ayodhya’ shows filmmaker remained impartial
Based on real incidents of 1992, Game of Ayodhya is a movie about a Hindu boy and a Muslim girl who fall in love with each other in the backdrop of the demolition of Babri Masjid.
The film was initially denied certificate by Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) on grounds of the subject material being provocative and carrying a potential to stroke communal violence.
But soon afterwards, the FCAT bench set aside the reservations saying that the subject matter is similar to previous films and instructed CBFC to issue a U/A certificate to the film.
The film is set to hit the cinemas on 8th December 2017.
The first trailer of the film is released recently and it shows the filmmaker has done justice with it and remained impartial in its production.
