Chris Hemsworth closes doors of his production company after four years

Chris Hemsworth has shut the doors of his production company, just four years after opening it.

The Australian A-lister has shuttered Wild State, with employees receiving notice that they will be paid out to the end of 2026.

A website for the company no longer works, leading to a blank page that indicates it has “expired.”

As per Page Six, the Hollywood superstar reportedly ditched the “side-hustle” to focus on more lucrative movie opportunities.

Hemsworth's decision to close up shop was “more of a life choice,” and he remains “proud” of what the company achieved in its short run, the publication claims.

The Thor star started Wild State alongside co-founder Benjamin Grayson in 2022.

The production house had earlier announced a first-look deal with National Geographic for unscripted projects.

It followed Hemsworth's success with the Limitless series, which had the star exploring life and longevity through different challenges.

Additionally, the Daily Mail reports that Chris Hemsworth is clearly not short of money though, having secured a $57 million deal in July for two upcoming Avengers films.

In July, he added a new luxury amenity to his Byron Bay mega-mansion, which he shares with his wife Elsa Pataky and their children, daughter India, 14, and twin boys, Sasha and Tristan, 12.
