Alex Warren set to rock the stage at upcoming music festival

Alex Warren, Grammy award-nominated singer has been announced as the first headliner for a music festival.

Warren will top the bill at Live at Powderham 2027 on June 26. The four-day music festival, which takes place at Powderham Castle, near Exeter, runs from June 24 to 27.

His appearance follows a breakthrough period for the US star, whose second album, Wildchild, reached number one in several countries including the UK and US.

Warren’s hit single Ordinary became one of the biggest songs of 2025 and helped establish him as one of pop music's fastest-rising artists, said festival organisers.

Peter Taylor, co-founder of festival promoter Cuffe & Taylor, said Warren was a "phenomenal talent and it will be an unforgettable night."

Live at Powderham attracted thousands of music fans in 2026, with headline performances from Lewis Capaldi, Alanis Morissette and Teddy Swims.

For the unversed, Alex Warren signed with Atlantic Records in 2022 and then released his debut extended play, You'll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 1) in 2024, which featured the single Burning Down, his first Billboard Hot 100 entry.

In 2025, Warren released the global number-one single Ordinary and his debut studio album, You'll Be Alright, Kid. The following year, he earned a nomination for the Grammy Award for Best New Artist.
