Kate Middleton, Prince William adopt powerful strategy regarding Meghan, Harry
Prince William and Kate Middleton 'play the long game'
A royal expert has revealed Kate Middleton and Prince William’s secret strategy to deal with Meghan Markle and Harry as the California-based royal couple is moving to Britain.
In his latest piece for Naughty But Nice substack, royal expert Rob Shuter has revealed Kate and William’s strategy and it is not to defeat Harry and Meghan.
Citing the palace insiders, Rob said, “William and Kate play the long game.”
Kate and William are not ‘going to fight them, brief against them or get dragged into another Sussex circus’, the source said.
The Prince and Princess of Wales attitude is simple: “sit back, wait and see what actually happens.”
The future king and queen are convinced the Duke and Duchess are not ‘truly moving’ home. “Instead, they see the proposed six-month stay as temporary — and believe time is firmly on their side.”
The palace insiders went on saying about the Duchess that Meghan’s motivation for considering an extended British stay is professional, not sentimental.
“If the opportunity was filming in Canada, they’d be talking about Canada,” says the insider. “Britain is about the potential work. For Harry, the bonus is spending more time near his family.”
And the Prince of Wales is not 'worried' about what happens next.
The royal expert revealed Kate and William’s strategy days after Meghan and Harry’s plans about moving to Britain with their children Archie and Lilibet were exposed by their friends.
