Brandi Carlile leaves fans 'disappointed' with major announcement: 'I'm so sorry'
Brandi Carlile postpones the UK and European leg of her Human tour due to 'personal circumstances'
Brandi Carlile left her fans in shock on Friday as she postponed the UK and European leg of her Human tour.
On August 7, the 47-year-old singer took to her Instagram handle to announce that she is rescheduling the European tour due to "personal circumstances."
“I need to let you know that due to personal circumstances, I have no choice but to reschedule my UK and European tour from this fall to the spring,” began Brandi.
“I have been so profoundly anxious about this decision and I’m aware that this change may be disappointing and inconvenient for many of you, especially those of you who were planning on traveling internationally, but I am hoping this gives you all enough time to adjust any plans," she explained.
“My team has been working really hard behind the scenes to reschedule the tour with as little disruption as possible,” added the Right On Time singer, noting that multiple dates have been added to the tour.
However, Brandi was unable to reschedule one performance in Lisbon.
“I’m so sorry and I promise we will do everything in our power to get back to you as soon as we can,” the songstress informed fans.
“Thank you so much for your patience and understanding,” she continued. “I want nothing more than to see my friends across the pond and I have done everything in my power to avoid rescheduling this tour. I sincerely hope you’ll all come back and see me in the spring. "
Concluding the lengthy note, Brandi added, "I promise I will make it up to you and that it will be worth the wait!”
The European leg of the Human Tour, originally scheduled for October and November, will now take place in March and April 2027.
