Lewis Hamilton shares 'proudest moments' as Kim Kardashian family put his relationship to test

Lewis Hamilton has shared a major update on the cause close to his heart amid claims his ladylove Kim Kardashian's family has put his relationship to the test.

Taking to Instagram, Hamilton shared that five years ago, he launched Mission 44 with the belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to succeed, no matter their background.

He said, “Some of my proudest moments since then have been meeting our first cohort of Youth Advisors and seeing them shape our work, launching our motorsport scholarship to help talented students pursue careers in F1, and watching Mission 44 grow beyond the UK into the US and Brazil.”

Alongside incredible partners, Hamilton said, “we’ve now reached more than 550,000 young people, invested over £10 million into programmes creating opportunity, and funded 43 organisations driving change.”

He further said none of this would be possible without the young people who continue to ‘challenge and inspire us’, the partners who share ambition, and everyone who’s supported Mission 44 from the very beginning.

“I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come and even more excited about what we’ll achieve together over the next five years,” the Formula One driver said.

The fresh update came amid reports Kim Kardashian family still sees Lewis little more than a 'friend of the family' despite his flourishing romance with the reality TV star.

Kim’s sisters "still see this phase of the relationship as a trial period" and are "all testing how well Lewis fits in with the family dynamic."
