Cristiano Ronaldo once again won hearts by surprising YouTube streamer and superfan IShowSpeed with an ultra-exclusive piece of football collectible: his game-worn Nike Mercurial Superfly 11 “CR7 Gold Scorpion” boots from the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The 41-year-old and Portugal’s journey at the 2026 FIFA World Cup came to an end after a crucial 1-0 defeat by Spain in the Round of 16.

Despite Portugal’s elimination, IShowSpeed continued his crucial World Cup coverage, as he was present during the quarterfinal match between Spain and Belgium.

Earlier, Cristiano Ronaldo said that his European Championship win with Portugal in 2016 holds the same significance to having a World Cup. His remarks came after Portugal was eliminated out of the 2026 World Cup by Spain in the round 16.

The initial plan was reportedly for Ronaldo to hand the boots to Speed in person if Portugal had advanced past Spain to the quarterfinals.

But this didn't happen this time, and there is no doubt that IShowSpeed doesn't value this gift from CR7 for the rest of his life.
