Alec and Hilaria Baldwin have once again taken their Hamptons estate off the market after months of trying to sell the property.

Property records show the listing was removed on Wednesday, July 8, just weeks after the couple reduced the asking price by another $1 million to $18.99 million. The home had most recently been relisted in December 2025 for $21 million after being taken on and off the market several times. It was originally listed for $29 million in November 2022.

Earlier this year, Hilaria offered a glimpse into why the family has struggled with the decision to part with the Amagansett, New York, home.

In March, the 42-year-old shared a video featuring photos of the property while reflecting on the memories the family has created there.

"We spend summers in our pool. We go down to the beach, which is really close to where we are, the kids go to camp there. We cook, we spend time together," she said. "It is such an amazing place."

In the caption, Hilaria also explained the family's thinking behind once again attempting to sell the property, though she acknowledged the emotional attachment they have to it.

Alec, 68, has previously admitted that letting go of the home would be difficult for their children. Speaking to The New York Times in August 2025, the actor said his kids would "go crazy" if the family ever sold the Hamptons retreat.

The couple, who married in 2012, share seven children and have frequently documented family life at the sprawling Long Island property over the years.
