Why 'Disclosure Day' star calls Emily Blunt 'quite silly'?
Emily Blunt's Disclosure Day co-stars revealed what it was like working with her
Disclosure Day cast has nothing but praise for Emily Blunt.
During the New York City premiere of Steven Spielberg's new sci-fi movie, stars Margo Seibert and Wyatt Russell gushed over working with the Devil Wears Prada 2 actress.
On the red carpet, when People asked Margo who is the funniest actor on the set, she quickly replied, “I believe Emily Blunt is quite silly.”
She explained, “I don't know if you've heard this before, but truly like one of the moments that we have together is quite serious in nature and in the middle of it we both kind of mutually, I think she said, ‘Do you want to try and can we?' And I said, ‘Yes.' And then it became like what we do as humans.”
Seibert added, “We infuse these moments that are full of fear or dread or panic or not knowing with humor to deal with it, to handle, to move on, to show our humanity. So that was very, very present on set.”
Wyatt, who starred opposite Blunt, raved about the Smash Machine actress, calling her "great as a person."
“As much command and just range and depth that she has as an actress.... it makes it a lot of fun to do it during the day,” he praised.
The 39-year-old actor continued, “And it makes it easy for me, because a lot of my stuff is reacting off of her. So it was like, be a good listener and I think I'm gonna be all right. But yeah, whenever you get to work with anybody like her, who's that good, it makes you better and it's a gift that keeps on giving."
Disclosure Day hit the cinema on June 12, 2026.
