Kylie Jenner's peace gesture fails to end Taylor Swift, Kim Kardashian's feud
Kylie Jenner hugged Taylor Swift at Madison Square Garden during Game 4 of the NBA Finals
Insiders have claimed that Taylor Swift's feud with the Kardashians is not over.
On Friday, a tipster spilled to the Naughty But Nice that the pop sensation may have hugged Kylie Jenner during NBA Finals Game 4, but don't expect Taylor to send her a wedding invitation.
“Taylor wasn’t going to ignore Kylie in front of thousands of people,” the source said. “She hugged her, smiled, and kept moving. That’s who Taylor is. She takes the high road.”
The moment immediately sparked speculation that the long-running beef between Taylor and Kim Kardashian had ended.
“A hug is not forgiveness, and it’s definitely not friendship,” the confidant said. “What Kim Kardashian and Kanye West did to Taylor is something she’ll never completely forget.”
“Taylor has made peace with the past because she refuses to live in it,” the source said. “But she also doesn’t rewrite history. The scars are still there.”
The insider further told the outlet that the interaction lasted only seconds before both women returned to their own groups.
Taylor spent much of the evening with the Haim sisters, while Kylie remained courtside with Timothée Chalamet.
“Taylor was polite,” another source explained. “That’s very different from being close. Kylie shouldn’t confuse good manners with a wedding invitation.
