Nancy Guthrie case: Ex-detective reaches tragic conclusion amid Savannah's heartbreaking plea
Savannah Guthrie said about mother Nancy “Bring her home,” alongside a heart emoji
An ex-detective has reached a tragic conclusion based on crime scene analysis in US TV host Savannah Guthrie’s missing mother case.
According to the NewsNation, former Modesto Police Department detective Jon Buehler has reached a grim conclusion about Nancy Guthrie‘s disappearance based on emerging crime scene analysis.
Discussing the issue, the expert said that he struggles to maintain hope that she is alive.
He revealed, “The reason I’m fearful she didn’t survive the abduction is kind of twofold,” adding “No. 1, no instantaneous demand for a reward with indication that she’s fine and that they’ll release her. That’s a pretty big stretch there to think that she survived it.”
The detective made these remarks while appearing on Brian Entin Investigates with NewsNation’s Brian Entin.
The expert went on saying, “But the amount of blood that was present there in the front of the house suggests to me a wound that was bleeding a lot, probably not arterial, but bleeding a lot. And with poor health and age on a pacemaker in fear, and him trying to get her to comply, that’s why I just don’t think she survived it.”
However, Savannah Guthrie is not giving up hope four months after Nancy Guthrie‘s disappearance.
On Sunday, the Today show cohost took to Instagram and shared a picture of a religious painting depicting Christ’s ascension via her Instagram Stories.
She wrote, “Oh my, my soul, it cries out, soul, it cries out.”
Savannah continued on the bottom: “Bring her home,” alongside a heart emoji.
