Camilla Luddington has finally offered a piece of advice to Sophie Turner, as she has been cast in Tomb Raider.

From 2013 to 2018, Luddington did not only perform enervating motion-capture stunts as an athlete, but she also lent her voice in three Tomb Raider Survivor video games.

While conversing with PEOPLE magazine, the 42-year-old English actress gave an important tip to Tuner, who has started filming the latest Lara Croft in the Tomb Raider franchise.

She asked the Game of Thrones star to use “heating pads” as she will have to perform several gruelling stunts in the upcoming television series.

Calling to mind her time, Luddington said, “I did a lot of crazy stuff when I was filming [the video games]. I just remember being so sore the next day.”

“I'm sure she has a lot of heating pads already all over her. That would be... Yes, yes. Hot baths and heating pads,” the Grey’s Anatomy star added.

It is pertinent to mention that Turner, who started filming Tomb Raider in January of this year, “experienced a minor injury” in March, according to Amazon MGM Studios’ statement.

“As a precaution, production has briefly paused to allow her time to recover. We look forward to resuming production as soon as possible,” the studio said at that time.

Tomb Raider, which is being created by Amazon Prime Video, does not have a release date yet, but it is expected to come out sometime in 2027 or 2028.
