Ty Herndon talks 'building a future' with partner amid memoir release
Ty Herndon and his partner are reportedly making concrete plans for their future
Ty Herndon is reportedly ready to start a new brood with his partner.
As per the latest report of PEOPLE Magazine, Herndon has been "talking about" having kids in the upcoming year.
Amid the release of his memoir called What Mattered Most: A Memoir, Herndon reflected on some of his darkest moments from the past.
Expressing gratitude for his life today, he said, "Normal for me today is nothing like what normal looked like for me then.”
"I got a house payment, a husband, a dog, maybe a baby next year, just we got car payments, insurance. We are pretty normal," the singer added
Recalling a conversation with former Bachelor star Colton Underwood at the GLAAD Awards, where they joked about the simplicity of their current lives, Herndon addressed, "I was sitting with Colton Underwood and his husband at the GLAAD Awards."
"He was like, 'Are you really prepared to be this normal?' I said, 'Oh God, yes.' I wanted it my whole life, but it just didn't look that way back then."
He even addressed that the idea of welcoming kids is more than a passing thought for him and his partner.
"We're talking about kids next year," the musician continued.
For those unversed, Herndon and Schwartz officially wed in early 2023.
Before conclusion, he established, "We're talking about things that are in my future that I never thought I would talk about, like adding on a room to the house."
