Sophia Culpo has shared a rare dating advice following her breakups with Braxton Barrios and Michael Stevens.
In a new interview with People magazine, the 29-year-old social media star said she's "learned so much through the years" about protecting her relationships in the public eye.
"I think keeping what's personal and what's so special to you private, it's the best thing for you and your relationships," Sophia explained, adding, "But we all live and learn, and we're all just doing our best."
Olivia Culpo's sister further told the publication that "having a sense of humor" is also key.
"Being a little cheeky with it," said Sophia. "You've got to stick up for yourself, too."
For those unversed, Sophia and Braxton dated for two years before calling it quits in early 2023. The 30-year-old professional footballer went on to date Alix Earle after his breakup with Sophia.
On October 31, 2023, Sophia shared photos of herself and Michael on Instagram, both wearing matching Halloween costumes.
They went public with their relationship in February 2024, making their red carpet debut as a couple at the People's Choice Awards.
After two years together, the relationship ended in October 2025.
"The breakup was healthy, and they remain on good terms," a rep for Sophia said at the time.
"While this chapter has closed, Sophia is embracing single life until the right person comes along and is excited for what the future holds," added the spokesperson.
