What Nicole Kidman's new year will be like after Keith Urban divorce
Nicole Kidman looks ahead to a busy year following Keith Urban divorce
Nicole Kidman is focusing on her career and family as she moves forward after her divorce from Keith Urban.
The development comes in a new report, as a source recently told People that the Oscar-winning actress is feeling refreshed and optimistic as she enters the new year.
The insider said Kidman is “looking ahead to a busy and exciting year professionally,” with several high-profile projects lined up.
The source also noted that Kidman is spending much of her time with her daughters, Sunday, 17, and Faith, 15. “Nicole spends a lot of time with her girls. She loves family time,” the insider said.
The report also stated that the family has settled back into its routine and that “things have been calm.”
On the work front, Kidman is set to appear in a number of films and television projects in the coming months. A sequel to Practical Magic is already expected to be released in September, and she will star in the third season of Lioness alongside Zoe Saldaña.
She is also slated to appear in Margo’s Got Money Troubles with Elle Fanning and Scarpetta opposite Jamie Lee Curtis. In addition, a third season of HBO’s Big Little Lies remains in development.
Kidman and Urban, both 58, were married for nearly 20 years before separating over the summer. They finalised their divorce earlier this month, with both parties reportedly waiving spousal and child support. Urban is said to have visitation with their daughters every other weekend.
Kidman also appears focused on the future in her speech as she recently shared a New Year’s social media post featuring her daughters with the caption, “Looking forward into 2026.”
