Paris Jackson drops bombshell claims about late dad Michael Jackson's estate
The fight over Paris Jackson's dad Michael Jackson's estate takes a sharp turn
Paris Jackson has put serious allegations on her late father, Michael Jackson’s, estate once again in new legal documents.
Radar Online reported that the 27-year-old American model and actress has accused the administrators of mismanaging and filling their own pockets from Michael’s $789 million fortune.
An insider told the outlet that Paris has filed an objection in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming that the co-executors John Branca and John McClain of the estate are taking "enormous sums of cash.”
She also stated that they made themselves richer by spending million on a group of lawyers sans clear records instead of investing the King of Pop’s money in a lucrative business.
As per the document, "Paris is increasingly concerned the Estate has become the vehicle for John Branca to enrich and aggrandize himself, rather than serve the beneficiaries' best interests and steadfastly preserve her father's legacy.”
The American Horror Stories star filed new documents just after a few days a judge rejected a part of her previous request, calling it “misguided,” in which she not only put allegations on the executor but also asked for a forensic breakdown of how the estate money was spent.
The insider said, "The fact is Paris Jackson's lawyers lost their latest case against the Estate and have been ordered to pay the Estate's attorneys' expenses.”
"All the beneficiaries are well taken care of by the Estate. This is a weak attempt to change the narrative of their loss,” the source shared.
