Stefon Diggs and Cardi B have been fighting several allegations since they started dating, and they are once again under scrutiny, only a few days after celebrating their baby boy’s arrival.
The 33-year-old NFL star was accused of battery and assault by an influencer, Christopher Blake Griffith, and he shut down the accusation by filing a defamation lawsuit against the accuser.
However, as it now stands, Griffith has taken legal action against Diggs and countersued him for drugging and se-ually assaulting him, as well as conspiring to kill him.
The stylist’s lawyer, Jake Lebowitz, stated, “Chris Griffith is going to have his say and is looking forward to getting justice for the se-ual and physical attacks perpetrated against him,” in comments to Page Six.
Griffith’s lawsuit alleges that the assault and murder conspiracy took place on May 29, 2023, when the marketing executive visited Diggs’ house in Maryland as a guest. It also claimed that there was another attack in the New England Patriots' wide receiver’s car.
Diggs’ brother, Darez Diggs, and two more “associates” are accused of carrying out the violence against him.
The influencer’s attorney also listed Diggs’ defamatory statements against Griffith as an offense, which accused him of stealing clothing pieces from the athlete’s home.
Neither the rapper nor her boyfriend has addressed the new legal filing yet.
