Christina Ricci hits back at Megyn Kelly over Jeffrey Epstein remarks
‘The Addams Family’ star slams Megyn Kelly over her controversial comments about Jeffrey Epstein
Christina Ricci has recently hit back at Megyn Kelly’s comments about Jeffrey Epstein and his victims.
The Yellowjackets actress turned to Instagram on November 14 and slammed Megyn over her irresponsible statement about Jeffrey’s victims.
In screenshots, captured by BuzzFeed, Christina reposted two slides from betches_news handle that focused on Megyn’s controversial podcast remarks.
“There’s definitely a difference between a five-year-old and a 15-year-old. But that difference is not whether or not sleeping with them makes you a pedophile,” said the commentator.
In another slide, Megyn is quoted addressing the House Oversight Committee's release of Jeffrey’s emails.
“I know somebody very close to this case… Jeffrey Epstein, in this person's view, was not a pedophile,” said the American journalist on her show.
According to Megyn, “Jeffrey was not into eight-year-olds, but he liked the very young teen types… There's a difference between a 15-year-old and a five-year-old?”
She did mention that the topic was “disgusting” and insisted she wasn't “trying to make an excuse,” however, she claimed that what she’s sharing was just stating facts.
Megyn pointed out that she had been “reliably told this about Jeffrey for years, until Attorney General Pam Bondi stated that the FBI was reviewing tens of thousands of videos of him with children or child porn” earlier this year.
After Megyn made divisive comments, the Sleepy Hollow actress sent out a bold message to Megyn on her Instagram Story, “This woman is a danger to children.”
For those unversed, Jeffrey’s victims were allegedly as young as 14 years old, when he was charged with sex trafficking of minors back in July 2019, as per indictment.
