Lana Del Rey has taken to social media to clarify whether or not she's ever had plastic surgery.
The 40-year-old singer revealed that she's never undergone a surgical cosmetic procedure, but did share that she's had a nonsurgical rhinoplasty procedure to change the shape of her nose.
In a comment response on Instagram, Del Rey wrote, "Still never even been under the knife or anesthesia in my life for the 15th year in a row!!"
She also shared that her doctor performed a seven-minute procedure using filler to "build up the bridge of [her] nose," changing its appearance. This procedure, also known as a "liquid nose job," is a cosmetic procedure where dermal fillers are used to temporarily change the shape of the nose.
Del Rey's revelation comes as she's preparing to release her forthcoming LP, Stove, which is expected to drop at the end of January 2026. The album will feature a country flair, and Del Rey has been working with producers Luke Laird and Jack Antonoff.
She also shared that she considered releasing an album of country covers called Country and Western, which would feature covers of California classics. "I love 'California Dreamin' ' and 'California' by Joni Mitchell!" she said.
"The storytelling is there in both. And I’m always drawn to world-creating, especially in country music."
