Did Trump have stroke? Droopy face at 9/11 ceremony sparks health concerns
Trump’s droopy face at the 9/11 Pentagon appearance sparked stroke rumours
Donald Trump’s appearance at the Pentagon to mark the 24th anniversary of the September 11 attacks sparked a wave of speculation and concerns about his health.
Photos and videos from the event showed a “droop” on the right side of his face and mouth. This led to online speculation about the possibility of a stroke.
A person on social media wrote, “I know we’re all busy with the other thing. But did Trump have a stroke? Cuz that looks a LOT like stroke related facial droop to me.”
Trump’s health condition was in the limelight recently, including a bruise on his hand that was seen earlier in the year and a photograph showing him taking a pill at a sporting event.
In response to the hand bruise, his physician, Sean Barbabella, stated that it was “consistent with minor soft tissue irritation from frequent handshaking and the use of aspirin, which is taken as part of a standard cardiovascular prevention regimen.”
The White House has previously addressed these concerns by citing a chronic vein condition and the use of aspirin.
White House has not issued a specific statement about the most recent concerns regarding his face. However, past statements from the administration have aimed to reassure the public about his health.
In an interview with USA Today, JD Vance made several comments about President Trump’s health. He said:
“I feel very confident the president of the United States is in good shape, is going to serve out the remainder of his term and do great things for the American people.”
