YouTube TV's secret deal for existing subscribers revealed
YouTube is offering a $33 discount for two months of service for users
YouTube is reportedly offering a $33 discount for two months of service in the wake of regular subscription cost increases.
Primarily, this promotion appears to be offering some users the chance to get $66 off two months of service for existing subscribers and is not a widely advertised deal.
This new promotion doesn't work for everyone and seems to override a $10 per month discount that some subscribers had received.
The deal comes as a $33 discount off of two months and totaling $66 in savings.
It will bring the cost down to $49/month which is a steal considering the $82.99 price for the base plan.
While the new $33 discount offers a high monthly savings, it may be worth holding until that discount ends.
Subscribers who were previously on the $10 month deal may need to find out whether the immediate large savings are worth renouncing a recurring benefit.
The YouTube TV discount can be found in the base plan management plan. No one knows how long this current offer will be available.
How to subscribe to a YouTube plan?
- On the YouTube TV website, click your profile photo in the top-right side.
- Click Settings
- Find Base plan and click manage in the membership plan.
- Look for a $49.99/month offer valid for two months.
The YouTube discount appears to be available for the majority of users, but some note that nothing appears in the management page.
At this time, the offer might have hidden contingencies but most of the commentators on Reddit are reporting success.
Based on the information of one Reddit user, a new discount is available for active subscribers.
