Sarah Ferguson began a new chapter in her life amid the ongoing feud between her former partner, Prince Andrew, and the royal family.
The Duchess of York turned into a narrator in order to promote reading among young people.
Taking to Instagram, Sarah shared that her audiobook narration of The Tale of Peter Rabbit has gone live on LBC.
While sharing the link to her book reading session, the mother of Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie wrote, "Delighted to be a part of the brilliant initiative 'Kids Who Reads Succeed' to promote reading among early young children."
She added, "My audiobook narration of 'The Tale of Peter Rabbit' by the fabulous Beatrix Potter has gone live this morning on @lbc. And you can now listen..."
In conversation with LBC, Sarah expressed her excitement to be a part of this project that will "bring books alive to you, the listener and to the viewer."
The Duchess believes such initiatives will encourage children and their parents to realise the power of book reading.
Notably, Sarah issued an exciting life update after missing the royal family's Christmas celebrations due to Andrew's controversies.
