Britney Spears couldn’t be happier as her youngest son, Jayden James Federline, follows in her musical footsteps.

The 18-year-old son of Spears and her ex-husband Kevin Fderline recently showcased his music production skills on Instagram after returning to California and reuniting with his mom for the holidays.

The clip showed Jayden expertly working a music production software to create a catchy beat.

“Britney sees so much of herself in Jayden,” a source told Page Six. “She got started at such a young age, too, and respects his work ethic.”

The insider added that Britney is thrilled by Jayden’s “fresh sound” and believes he has a “bright and successful future ahead of him” in the industry.

The Princess of Pop is fully supportive of her son’s creative pursuits. “She doesn’t think he needs any advice but let him know she’s more than willing to lend a hand or offer any help along the way if he needs or wants it,” the source shared.

The holiday season brought the once-estranged duo closer than ever. Britney celebrated Christmas with Jayden, calling it the “best Christmas of my life” in an Instagram post, where she gushed, “I haven’t seen my boys in 2 years!!! Tears of joy and literally in shock everyday koo koo crazy so in love and blessed!!!”

Jayden and his brother, Sean Preston Federline, had moved to Hawaii with their father, Kevin Federline, in August 2023. While Sean Preston wasn’t seen in Britney’s videos, the Daily Mail reported he was present for the festive reunion, making it a truly memorable family celebration.
