Ed Sheeran reveals traumatic memory with Selena Gomez’s fiancé Benny Blanco
Ed Sheeran takes a trip down memory lane with Benny Blanco after his engagement with Selena Gomez
Ed Sheeran has recently opened up about his traumatizing memory with Selena Gomez’s now fiancé Benny Blanco.
As reported by Page Six, the Perfect hitmaker recalled an emotionally charged ten-day cruise he took with the music producer, driven by his fear of flying.
Sheeran revealed these details while participating in the 'Like a Prayer' trend on TikTok, which has encouraged people to share their own dramatic and often traumatic stories from their past.
In a viral post, the Shape of You singer expressed his unwillingness about the trip, noting that he would have to spend "10 whole days" forcefully on a boat.
He furthermore shared that things took an unexpected turn during the trip when passengers were informed over the ship's intercom that they were passing over the exact location where the Titanic sank.
"We’re doing WHAT???!!?" he humorously recounted, sharing that tourists rushed to the side of the boat to take pictures of the water, and he and the music record producer shared a confused glance.
Notably, the incident occurred while Sheeran was working with the 36-year-old songwriter on his highly successful third studio album, Divide.
The playful story came just days after Blanco's engagement to popular songstress Selena Gomez.
