Megan Fox's healthy habits: How she's preparing for fourth pregnancy

Megan Fox is ensuring that she is in the appropriate frame of mind as she prepares for her fourth pregnancy.

The 38-year-old Jennifer's Body alum chatted with People magazine about her work with REVOLVE and revealed that since announcing her fourth pregnancy, her first with fiancé Machine Gun Kelly, she has made some lifestyle changes.

"With this being child #4, I already have learned all the tricks to make my body feel well physically and mentally," Fox told the outlet. "I am sleeping and exercising and sticking to my healthy diet and lifestyle, as always."

During the interview, Fox also discussed how her children — sons Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8, whom she shares with ex-husband Brian Austin Green — reacted to knowing they would have a younger sister.

"The kids are all super excited for another addition to the family and have promised to help out and pitch in," said Fox.

Kelly, born Colson Baker, responded for the first time since Fox announced she is pregnant with the couple's first child, providing an update on his new songs and mentioning that he will be a father again soon. Kelly is already the father to 15-year-old daughter Casie, whom he shares with ex Emma Cannon.

In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, Kelly wrote, "Isolating myself in the desert next week to restart this album from scratch. when inspiration flows through me unblocked, we will reach the destination in no time. don't worry."

"After all, im about to be a dad again!" Kelly sweetly ended his post.

The couple revealed the exciting baby news in November.
