Paul Mescal stuns at BAFTA screening of Gladiator II

Paul Mescal was all smiles on Sunday as he took to the stage at BAFTA Hosts' special Gladiator II screening at Paramount Theatre in Los Angeles. 

The 28-year-old Irish actor, who steps into the role of Lucius Verus in Ridley Scott’s highly anticipated sequel, looked stylishly relaxed in a burgundy zip-up top, paired with black trousers and brown boots, as he addressed the crowd.

Paul was joined by co-stars Connie Nielsen, reprising her role as Lucilla, and Fred Hechinger, who portrays Emperor Caracalla, as they delved into the making of the film with the audience. 

Later that evening, Paul switched into formal mode for the prestigious Governors Awards at the Ray Dolby Ballroom in Ovation Hollywood. 

He wowed on the red carpet in a sharp black suit paired with a vintage-style lace-up white shirt, striking a confident pose with his hand casually in his pocket. 

The Gladiator II star mingled with fellow cast members and Hollywood icons, embodying both charm and style at the glitzy event.

The Governors Awards, hosted by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, are one of Hollywood’s most prestigious events, honoring outstanding lifetime contributions to cinema.
